1.) How do the values 0-127 on the pitch wheel relate to actual notes? Like, if I want a C4, what value do I need? How about C sharp 4?
2.) Can iElectribe send a midi start signal to another app on the same ipad (sunvox) so they can play togther in time?

1). Get a midi chart, that should tell you. Something liek this:
