Performance favorites

Hey folks,
for live situations with a full band I do not use the arranger functions (tends to annoy the drummer).
I do use the performances extensively and would like to have my favorites centrally located. Is there some obvious way to do this that I am missing?
It would be nice if there was a user 'bank' like there is for the sounds setting.
Thanks!

How about creating a custom list or two in SONGBOOK? SONGBOOK is your friend!

Hi deanspy
I have a requirement like this with my blues band so I just simply selected Performance Banks (ones with the least performances I would use) and just started overwriting those banks - provided you back up everything first you will never lose anything and can always re-load performances from disk (even one at a time) if need be.
As Thoraldus says, SONGBOOK is another great option....
Cheers
Pete

Thanks - both are good.
I tell you I was so devastated on stage on sunday I was ready to give up music entirely. Nothing worked - stuck notes that I could not figure out how to stop without rebooting the kb.
Then I change a patch and the bass and chords change - this had never happened before so I am madly scrambling
the saving grace was that there were only ten people at the dance - all women - who just wanted to line dance. I should be grateful because the hall holds 200 and thankful that they advertised poorly..
grrrr

Hi deanspy. Re. the stuck notes, and I'm just checking here because you probably already know, but sometimes in a panic situation such as you describe about Sunday night's gig it's one of the little things that sometimes gets overlooked, but "shift+start/stop" is the instant remedy for stuck notes. I've had a couple of instances lately myself. Cheers, Giner.

When playing with the band i used to select son mode. Starting the arranger unwanted in then not possible.

Thanks - did not know that shift-start/stop would nullify stuck notes.
The reason I used arranger mode was to have constant bass live on the left hand so no matter what sound I picked, the bass remained. I do like the suggestion about the song book. Ultimately that is my goal but there are 500 or more songs to do.
Maybe I'll make 10 favorite sounds and make them into songbook entries.
Does anyone have suggestions for the best way to edit the songbook? I know there is editor software, but is it reliable?
Thanks

Someone once posted software I could use to make simple patch changes into a midi file. Does anybody have a suggestion?
