To get back to the original issue: did your Kronos crash and go back to the loading screen and then just stick there?
If so, we had similar issues on a west end show recently where we were running 3 Kronos. One of them never crashed, and the other two occasionally did as I've described above. They had been running OS 2.0.2 and part of our troubleshooting was to upgrade them to 2.0.6 and that seemed to stop it happening. Hope that helps anyone else having the issue.
