Hi on the korg krome how do I make the patch "sine lead" into a poly patch? By default it's mono...

Thanks

Music-Mann -

Go to Page P1 (Basic/Controllers), and then the first tab at the bottom, "Program Basic." You can change the program from Mono to Poly or Poly Legato there.

*Lutefish* which exact setting(location) do I have to be in prog/combi/or seq. mode to do this?

In program mode, go to Bank E, prog 23 (which should be sine lead).

Press "Page", then select "P1 Basic/Controllers" on the screen.

In the bottom part of the menu (labelled "Voice Assign Mode"), if you choose
"Poly" instead of "Mono" you can now play the program polyphonically.

You can also override the program mode setting in combi mode. This would be useful when you only want to change the setting in one combi and leave the original program intact.

In combi mode go to page P3:Timbre Param, tab OSC T01-08 or tab OSC T09-16. Change the Force OSC Mode to PRG to use the programs original setting, MN for mono, Poly for polyphonic or LGT for mono legato.
