Exporting sequenced song to Audio file

Post by flyingace »

The Krome just replaced my Roland Juno-Gi (just sold it today!) and I love it, BUT... one thing that I really liked that I could do on the Roland was export a recording (it had a built in audio recorder instead of sequencer) to a audio file I could use or give to a friend to import into itunes library for writing lyrics or just perfecting the composition. Does the Krome have an export (other than MIDI) to audio file function or do I have to use an external recorder/DAW?

Hey flyingace

Sorry to say.. no - You can only save them as midi or sng files, no audio
you will have to use daw or something to get get it as audio

Wish the krome could heheh I could have used it from time to time
But sadly no

Thanks for the reply. I figured as much. It's okay, on my way home from work, it occured to me that I have my Krome running thru my Zoom R24 recorder connected to my M-Audio BX5a monitors...duh, I just start a new project, hit record and go. then take the sd card to the computer to grab the wave files.
