how i convert mp3 to style

It is not that it's impossible, just not probable. If you could find a 3rd party program that could accurately convert an MP3 file to multi-channel MIDI you might be able to pull it off. The basic thing to understand here is that Styles are created from performance aka 'digital' data, not 'analog' data. Styles can be relatively easily made from the performance data contained in MIDI files.
