How to create sound setlists

Hi!! I've just recently bought a krome and will be performing with it soon. I know I can make like a "favorite" section of sounds in the bank F for programs and D for combis, but here is the thing: Is there a way to create folders (each folder representing a song) with the sounds in the order I want them to be played?? I don't know if I can do this with the Krome, maybe a program would be more appropiate, I'm kinda newbie to all of this.

Thanks!! :D

You don't need to store them in folders to accomplish that. The sequencer can hold up to 128 songs. Each song can store an entire combi (or a single program). Just load your combi's into the sequencer in the order you want to play them and save the sequence.

So weird that I posted a very similar question about the same time. I was curious what others did to create a set list or favorites list. I'll do this. thanks again Bald Eagle!!

You could use PCG Tools to rearrange your programs/combi to set your favorite sounds together. Also you can easily change the name of the patch you want to be favorite (e.g. by adding a *). You can do this by using a normal computer keyboard for example.

Also you can make a list of all programs containing a special character (e.g. make a list of all programs/combis with a *). Of course this is only working offline, not on the synth itself (I cannot change the OS).

See the link in my signature below.

We have all the songs numbered (we = our band). For every song I have a separate combi in D bank. Then enter the number on the numeric keyboard + Enter and i'm ready to play.

The problem is when you need to quickly change combis in the middle of songs. I do that a lot with my band in live situations and I haven't really found a good way to do it yet but to use the touch screen and try to quickly select the combis without accidentally chosing the wrong one. :P

The problem is very small actually

What I like to do is set up the sounds either in combi(D) or prog (F) banks
Say song one.. Piano at F000 I need and organ right after for next verse, Put that in F001 etc etc etc

Now Plug in a second pedal and set it to inc+1 for every press

Problem solved ;) (for me atleast heheh) Change sounds with your foot every time you need to change to the next. (+1)
Fast and easy way to change the sounds without taking your hands of the keys
If one doesn't have 2 pedals heheh one can always just use the 'inc' botton

Ch33rs
Saga

Edit:
Of course, if you pick songs from the set and not playing song 1,2,3 etc
Write down the 1st sound of that song by the song. this way aswell you will only have to put in the number of the starting sound and use the pedal from there on for that song

Needless to say heheh but I will anyways
I would recommend PCG Tools for easy and fast arranging
He did a kick-a** job with that tool

What pedal are you using, FinalSaga? And you are using a Krome as well? :)

I use and old one I had laying around.. Think it was about $10 when I bought it heheh But it does the trick

Pretty much any old damper pedal should do it (As long as it works with the krome of course heheh)

And yes indeed my Krome is with me every gig
