Crash!! High pitch thru speakers then reboot 2 in one day!

3 weeks on and no issues till last I've night. often left it running at home and it shuts off with 4 hour auto shutdown but had not reboots. last night it worked fine for a few hours and had a break for 30 minutes came back and it had rebooted and was stuck at the remove any usb devices message. powered down and started again everything fine. this is just too random. if i send it back ill have nothing to play for who knows how long and as they are slack at support here and as its such a big time between issues the chances of them reproducing things is very small. not sure what to do now but i am very nervous.
