Hey Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that the mic gain knob at the back of the keyboard seems kind of loose. if you light push up on it from the bottom end it has quite a bit of move to it. Is this move normal and how it is built? Is there anyway to change mic gain from within the keyboard software vs using this physical button? Lastly do you think korg would carry replacement parts for the mic gain knob as they do with their keys and buttons???.

Can't say I've never noticed it having much moment, but to be honest, it's something you set once and ever adjust. Your supposed try peak the channel by raising your voice (border line shouting) and to then control your mic volume from the knob on the main front panel.
As for spare parts..... well... it's a bog standard Pot. They are as common as muck, so while KORG will carry their own parts for many years by law (depending where in the world you are), at the end of the day it's just a common as muck pot and you would never have trouble replacing it if you some day managed to rip it off.
In short, don't worry about it.
Regards
Sharp.

Hey I am just a little paranoid in that for one little knob I d hope that you wouldn't need to replace a whole board , that would be poor engineering for something worth $4500. Id also hope that this would be covered under their warranty? Thanks for the response, anyone else have any inputs?
