Help with setting up external midi program changes

Hello,
Sorry, I searched the forum, but couldn't find an answer...
I need to send midi program changes from Set List Maker on an ipad. I've read page 360 of the parameter guide, but I'm a bit of a newbie when it comes to midi so I didn't quite understand some of it!
This was quite easy on my Roland RD700NX, which just had a data list of all presets and user sets, and I just had to put in the three numbers (MSB, LSB, and PC) corresponding to that set.
Can anyone tell me how to tell what these three numbers are for, say, a certain program (A000 for example?) on Krome? Or, I can also input raw midi hex code into the app, so perhaps I need to do it that way?
I'd be really grateful for any help.
