Volca Keys initial EG level to high.

On my Keys its not possible to turn it silent, even with all knobs (except volume) at zero I get clearly audible sound when using the keyboard, and the EG clearly still affects the filter if I only bring the attack up for instance.
So Im assuming the initial level is to high because of the gate?

Does anyone else have the same issue?
Id rather not void my warranty to check if theres a trimpot I can calibrate with ... and this is certainly not how its supposed to be.
