Hi new to korg

Hi guys
Just got a korg monotribe yesterday and it seems it might have wiped the on board data already ? Is this possible ?
I dont seem to be able to get a tune or anything out of it beside the same tone
I'm not sure what the firmware version is either.
Would doing the update again be successful in making it work ?

Ps I'm a wizard in midi stuff but this throw me a bit
