How much would you pay.....

I recently downloaded some MOSS pcg. demos from Tritonhaven. They were from a third party sound developer--bit pricey too, $49 for just one bank of sounds. There were only 5 demos in the free set, which I thought was a bit skimpy.

So....let's see where this post goes.

I think high quality 3rd party sounds for the Triton has huge potential.

There is a lot of mediocre stuff out there. It takes way too long to weed thru to find the good stuff.

BTW is that US or Euro $

10$ per bank I think.

$50 but I would pay as much as $500 for any set of sounds providing it comes with new Sample data.

If it were only a PCG file with no Sample data, then I would probably not even buy a single sound because I could make my own for nothing.

Regards.
Sharp.

I've made quite a few patches for the Moss (TrinityV3, but I guess they be able to be converted to the Triton Moss somehow, but the last time I tried it with alchemist it failed).

Haven't got enough patches for a full bank (128) yet, though. And I hate 'filler' patches. ;)

BlinkOfAnI here made a damn good set, too. Excellent quality. Would have been more than worthy of an asking price.

Are they available for download anywhere?

It depends on how many "useful" sounds it contains. The last thing I need is more "trancy" synth sounds, but I'm seriously hurting for electric guitar sounds.

Yup, in the download section, the last time I looked.

I don't see anything listed for MOSS by that person's name... Another name perhaps?

Ah, sorry, yes it's in the Trinity section. BlinkOfAnI made an excellent Access (ie. Trinity stock ROM) PCG set if I remember rightly, too (Trinity only).

Anyone else have an opinion before the poll fades away? :D

I agree with Sharpe, that they would have to utilize new samples.
However , i still have yet to complete my inspection of all the sounds we have here at IA ,especially the CD Pool Info!

I will still be busy for a while. :D
