Hi!

I'm wondering if someone can give me a rundown of how the global settings changes what is being heard/recorded? For example I don't understand what key/scale lock does, among others.

key/scale lock does just what it implies. When you change to a pattern previously made say in the key of G and but are now working with something written in the key of C , all of the old patterns play in C so you can freely mix your old patterns with the patterns you are currently working on.
