Hi,
I now use 4 KP3's. Each of them has a different presetnumber selected after startup. How can I change it? I cannot find this in the manual...

Re: KP3: how to change selected preset at startup?
The only way I know how to do it is to save the complete KP3 pad configuration which includes the startup preset.
Setup selected preset at startup instructions:
1. Make sure you have the SD card you are going to use in it
2. Select the preset program (for example rUb.2)
3. Save the preset you want to start up to one of the eight program memory buttons by: pressing the WRITE then the PROGRAM MEMORY button (for example the number 5 button)
Note: So now every time you press the number 5 PROGRAM MEMORY button the rUb.2 program preset is selected.
4. Save your whole/complete/everything current Kaoss Pad setup:
* Press the number program memory button to bring up your preset (for example the number 5 button) and the preset is being show on the display (for example rUb.2)
* Hold down the SHIFT button and press the number 3 PROGRAM MEMORY button (SAVE)
Note: The display should now be flashing
* Turn the PROGRAM knob until the display is showing ALL
* Press down on the PROGRAM knob
Note: Now the display is flashing [ #] where # is a number from 0 to 9. The KP3 lets you save 10 whole/complete/everything KP3 pad setups. Number 0 is the startup complete KP3 pad configuration/setup.
* Turn the PROGRM knob until the display is showing [ 0]
* Press down on the PROGRAM knob
Note: Now the display is flashing YES or no
* Turn the PROGRAM knob until the display is showing YES
* Press down the PROGRAM knob again
Note: Now the display will start counting up 0.0 to 99.9 showing the progress on doing the save. When the save to the SD card has finished the display will be showing End and the SHIFT button is still light on
* Press the SHIFT button so the light goes off
Now everytime you turn on your KP3 pad with this SD card in it, this whole/complete/everything configuration will start up including the preset program (for this example PROGRAM MEMORY 5 button light will be on and rUb.2 showing on the display)
