KRONOS 61 metallic spring noise

Hi everyone,

My almost new Kronos 61 has two black keys that make a kind of metallic 'spring noise' when you press them and when you release them.

I opened the bottom plate, checked everything and all the screws are well tightened. I guess it is related with the little springs that makes the key return to its normal position, when pressed.

Does anyone has a fix for this ?

Never really thought about it though.

The clicking sound doesn't go away. I thought about opening the Kronos and lubricating the key little spring but on second thoughts, I called on Korg tecnical support and they told me to bring the keyboard in.
That's what I'll do.

I sent mine in but the clicking was the same when it came back. But its now nearly 3 years old and i hadn't any problems with the keys.
