Opening top of SG pro X ????

Anyone know how to open top of a SG pro x?
I need to work on/replace phone jacks they're cracking and popping through sound system. The upper part of electronics is hinged but after removing side screws I still can't access electronics. It seems like something is preventing top from hinging open????

Anyone worked on one of these before?
Will electronic spray cleaner fix the problem?
