Changing a program's octave

Another newbie question - I can't find in the manual. When both sw1 and sw2 are assigned to a function other than changing the octave, how else can an octave be changed for a program? When I'm in program mode and using, say, the first piano sound, the sw1 switch changes the octave, but when I am in sequencer mode and have the piano sound as a track, and the sw1 and sw2 are assigned to other functions, say for an organ sound on another track, I don't see how to change the octave.

In combi mode there is per timbre a tranpose parameter which you can change for transposing that timbre.

I'm sure there is something similar for tracks in a sequencer/song.

Ok, thanks, but I'm not seeing it.

BTW, I hope to have time this weekend to try PCG Tools with my Kross.

I dont' have a Kross so I cannot find it myself, but you might try looking in the manual and search for transpose.

Have fun with PCG Tools :-)

10 down arrow pushes will get you (in Combi) to the Transpose field.

It's a good question, because doing it the 'wrong way' will transpose the samples themselves which is not what you want to do...
