Is it necessary hook up the keyboard to PC for editing parameters in the Editor, either as a stand alone or a vst?
The piano roll doesn´t sound when I press keys with my mouse pointer.
No sound is loaded in the editor?

Yes it has to be connected to the computer.

The editor is simply a remote version of the Kross's control panel but the sound engine is not in your computer, only in the Kross itself.
