Dear Korg.
My Kross now has white tape under the 16 favourite buttons with black felt pen labelling them 1- 16 so I see the things!. Please fire whoever chose the color scheme black with gold writing and replace it with a white background behind black labels its impossible to see even in my music room with the lights on on stage i cannot see ANYTHING with a name on it. Very stupid impractical design so know people can see an ugly Kross if the jump on stage.

I don't so much mind the gold letters, although you're right more contrast is better, but I think the choice of a shiny control panel was unfortunate.

My biggest pet peeve though is ANY electronic product with raised black letters on a black background....and there are TONS of them out there.
Whoever thought this was a good idea needs some sort of karmic retribution!

I have a PX-5S and it is so easy to read white background and bright blue letter i can read it perfect on a dard stage and the Kross I can hardly see anything

Ahh but on the Kronos you can use a USB powered LED light

I use USB led lights and they still are not strong enough gold on black has no contrast
