So yeah, I'm giving serious thought to purchasing the pa600, even though my first choice is the pa900, but since I can only do it on payments it's the one I can afford. I like my pa50sd, i just wish I could do more quicker
I'm just really a vocalist who can dabble with a few instruments, I can play guitar, piano, harmonica, but mostly I sing. that's my first instrument.

I'm thinking you guys might know since youse gotta a 600 right? so what do youse guys like about it? Do you guys think someone like me would like it?

I'm thinking maybe I can buy a separate TC Helicon vocal harmonizer that I could then midi to my pa600?, just saying, so not having my first choice of the pa900 may not be such a total loss, what do you guys think....

...again, keeping in mind,when I jam with my pa50sd, I may use it primarily as the dominant instrument or i may not, it might be complementing what I'm composing vocally at the moment or I might be jamming with it. thanks guys

If you ready to shell out a bit more, i suggest you go for pa900. You will never regret anytime in near future that you bought a substandard one like 600.

Although I would hardly call the PA600 'sub-standard' as it is an excellent, well featured keyboard, I too think you would be better off with the PA900. By the time you add an outboard TC Helicon to the PA600 you would be within shouting distance (pricewise) of the PA900. I think you would also really appreciate having the TC Helicon fully integrated with the keyboard. Vocal processor presets can be assigned to every individual Performance, Style or SongBook entry. By the way, the best sales deal I've seen on a PA900 is over at Zzounds. They'll give you 8 payments same as cash (no interest). I think I'm going to be getting myself a PA900 next month as I need after-touch which is missing on the PA600.
