saving to cd

Hi guys.

I have bought an extreme and trying to transfer my sounds from studio.
I m trying to write a cd with the pcg, but when i put it on rhe computer it writes corrupted or unreadable.

When i did it, i formatted the cd and after i pushed save all .
It worked like it was saving.
At the computer, i can see the data on the cd, but i cannot do anything with them . Copy or transfer. .
Also is there any other way to copy- backup the hard disk of triton studio ?
