Some notes weirdly transposed and honky

Post by xeugene123x »

Hey everyone,

I had my keyboard for a while and it's just recently been acting up. My current D#3 key and my A#4 key seem to be 12 semitones greater than the keys surrounding it and have a honkey characteristic? I'm not sure if the unit that I have is buggy or if there is some way to fix this? It seems like just those notes are out of tune. I have not used the editor at all or modified anything on the keyboard.

I tried doing a factory reset but I had no luck :/

Not an expert, but . . .

Sounds like you need the services of one. This developed over time. Given the kind of machine it is, something must have happened. I don't think these things change on their own. Clearly, it was something you were not aware of. A spill? Did you store it on its end instead of flat? Just helping you think so you can talk to a technician. Good luck. I hate to think of that happening to me, but of course, it could.
