sorry for my English I am Italian.
So I have a question. Recentely when I play with my M50, suddenly the sound disappear. The only sound that I can hear is piano sound. Other sound like organs flute etc doesn't works. When I select them I hear a sound like "tip". If I power off my m50, wait a minute, I can play normally, but suddenly the sound disappear. What can I do?

1) Do factory RESET.
2) Do Operating System upgrade to vesion: M50 System V 1.1.0 Upgrade.

3) If still "freeze", Sent for KORG Repair.
