Electribe Release Date Bet

Hi guys,
Wouldn't it be fun to place a bet on the offical release date of the new electribe? Release date means the date, when the first new electribes have been officially sold.
As the release date may differ locally, you should write the state or continent. The winner gets a cookie
My bet is:
12th december, Europe (Germany)
Edit: I have not changed my bet, but we could also play the same game with the electribe sampler:

I have to say I think you're all being overly optimistic. I'd like to be wrong, but I don't think so.

I spoke to a rep today at GuitarGuitar uk & he enquired at Korg for me & got back saying that there was no specific date but it is expected around mid December.
He also said that there might be a few around before then but who gets them is anyones guess. Same thing happened with the MS20M & that time i got lucky with one of the first UK hits.

Yeah, but I have an in, so it would be cheating. I know the date they're talking about, but they also hope things progress faster. I hope the optimists are right!

What.... eh? What do you mean you 'have an in'? You have access to information that we don't?- is there some sort of secret or confidentiality issue going on? I'm sure we could set the bets aside if you would like to elucidate ... so don't be too concerned about cheating- your integrity will not be questioned- it's only for a cookie after all.
Some of us have been told expected dates passed from previous discussions by dealers- but you are even closer than that?
What is the 'date they're talking about'?

The latest date that my source (won't name him as I'm sure he's got a non-disclosure clause somewhere) says March 18, 2015. They are hoping to get them out before that, but that's the projected date. I hope he's wrong or just feeding me bad info 'cause he knows I'll pass it on.

But that March 2015 date is probably for the electribe Sampler, not both machines.

I was told the electribe - I didn't ask about the sampler. That said, I hope you're correct. We'll find out when we find out, I guess. I was just super disappointed when he told me that.

Would be a real downer but not the first time, korg are pretty well known for manufacturing hold ups..
On the plus side I could get the sampler first, unless that's delayed even further.. Maybe next Xmas ?
