I got an error when trying to update my Kronos X suggesting that it couldn't find/read the files in some way.

I suspect the problem is with USB drives that were formatted as FAT16 by Macintosh computers via Disk Utility.

I re-formated the USB drive as FAT32 from within the Kronos, then put the USB drive in my Mac to re-copy the download files, and this time it worked fine.

Format as FAT32 instead. Disk Utility is happy to do that.

I had the same issue when formatting the USB as FAT32 in my PC. Kronos kept saying it couldn't find the install file. Formatted as FAT32 in my Kronos and everything worked like a charm!
