factory restore

I am a new PA 600 user and I would like to know if you do a Factory Restore does it restore everything including the Songbook?

As far AS I know yes. It restores everything, incl songbook, on the PA900.
I am pretty sure it does the same on the PA600

Yes, it will restore all data from the backup (incl. songbook).

Hi Snorkum and Wittid,

Thank you both very much. I did the Restore and IT WORKED! I am a happy camper. I am a little disappointed that my inquiry to tech support that I sent last Thurs was not answered.

I'm happy that we have this forum. Maybe when I get some experience, I will be able to give advise.

Don't feel bad. I am still waiting for an answer on a question/problem I had three months ago. I got better results here in this forum. Everybody is willing to help relatively fast. Plus here are people with real live experience.
I was in the same boat seven months ago and now I can answer some of the questions or soilve some of the problems.
This is a great forum with great people in it.
