How to get the New Kronos Sound pack after Korg takes my $$

I have been trying since Friday at 5am to download my Sound pack (which I have paid for). It has failed to finish the download 5 times now. ( I am on my 6th try , now just the Exs 18 .zip file. )
I am most unhappy with Korg for taking my money then refusing to deliver the product.
For a company who delivers a lot of downloads, not having a server system that can handle the traffic is very bad ! If I had known when I bought my Kronos x that Korg was such a bad company for customer support, I would have bought another brand of keyboard.
It has been over 48 hours of constant trying to download (with Firefox) and still I only have Krs 07 which needs exs 18 to work. I have contacted Korg customer service and they have not respopnded to me at all.

I have downloaded and installed and activated! I have written (in the post "List KRS-07") that you want to use a download manager - the speed increases by 10-20 times, and can be used resuming. I, too, suffered first 2 days until set download manager!

Korg managing to screw up file hosting goes beyond me. It took my webserver over 24 hours to get the files, it's ridiculous.

The money you get from 1 purchase should be enough to setup CDN file hosting for a year! Cheapass bastards...

I'll be temporarily hosting the files here:
http://jolene.webberig.be/
Server is located in Amsterdam, European members will have a decent speed. I'm also uploading the files to my Dropbox account (oh Korg, they do a better job on FREE accounts) and a Microsoft OneDrive, I'll share the links later today.

Oh, the incompetence... Instead of hosting the files themselves, they're probably hiring someone to f*ck it up in their stead...

The download link on the Korg website goes to gearzonemusic.com. When you visit the site, it shows a default page of Microsoft Windows Server.
Renting a Windows Server and paying for that licence can only be useful if you're actually hosting a .NET web application. Korg however, uses it for simple binary file hosting.

Btw, my server is coping perfectly fine. I pay around € 10 /month for that server... They're probably paying more just to get the Microsoft label on that server...

oldguy29, you should be using a download manager which can resume downloads. That way, you should not have to be at the fifth or sixth try !

The upload to my Dropbox account is finished.
People with a dropbox account will benefit greatly from this:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/9toaq93nrxzyk ... 7.zip?dl=0

You can download from this link, even if you don't have an account!

I finally got it after 5 attempts using Firefox. Took about 10 hours though.
I was one of those who paid first too.

Thanks mathieumaes for the links. I was able to successfully download after two very long but unsuccessful attempts.

Thanks, downloaded in 2 minutes from this link.

The korg site had an estimate of 21 hours!

Anyone have EXS17 hosted anywhere?
