No VST Plug-in for Windows 7 Pro 64 bit?

Please say I'm interpreting this wrong... On page 1 of the Editor manual under Operating Requirements - Windows, I see this:
"For the Windows 7 and Windows Vista 64 bit operating system, only a standalone version can be operated."
I am using Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. Does that mean no Plug-in editor for me? No Krome in Sonar X3? Hard to believe!
