How to repeat measures in EMX?

Is there a way to repeat on a specific measure so I dont have to listen to pattern from the start each time I want to hear what ive changed?

eg: I was working on measure 8, I could constantly loop that measure while I added bits in.

Its easy to do it on measure 1 - I change pattern length to 1, edit what I need to while its playing then change the length back to 8.

Shift + arrow keys on bar/octave change let you skip bars while pattern is playing. If this is what you meant?

Thank you for you reply. I know about the shift+arrow option.

What I want is to be able to continually loop one specific measure while i work on that part. Its nightmare when im working on measure 8 and I have to listen to the whole thing each time to hear it. I know that I can press the fastforward but I like making beat on the fly. Most of my other drum machines are able to loop a specific measure.

I'm pretty certain you can't do this on hardware Electribes. You can on their ipad versions though!!

As an E2-User: AAAAAAAAH! The Pain!!!

But back on topic: I know what you want to do and it is not possible. I was looking high and low for this kind of "Measure Lock" but it just isn't there.
