MIDI Transmit Issues With Reaper

Post by NEB »

Greetings,

I have been attempting to get the Reaper DAW set up on a Windows 8 laptop, using RADIAS as the kb controller. I have been able to use the RADIAS to trigger MIDI events to the VIs in stand-alone, but cannot get any MIDI events to trigger them through the DAW.

Is there any known issue I should be aware of? Anyone here successfully used RADIAS as a kb controller in Reaper?

Would greatly appreciate any help.

Wow ... no one?

Must be someone who has had similar problems with RADIAS and Reaper, or at least another DAW, no?

Hi,

Were you successfull to use another keyboard as kbd controller in Reaper?

The fact that you can trigger VI in standalone mode with your Radias and not with Reaper makes me believe that everything is fine with the Radias and the connection to your laptop. Looks like you need to set up Reaper properly.

Good luck.
