Changing the pitch range of the SQ-1 when sequencing

Hey guys, I got the SQ-1 recently and really like it, but I haven't been able to figure out how to change the pitch range that it sequences at. It seems to always play at C2 and higher but that kinda sucks if you want to sequence bass. Also, I am using the SQ-1 with the Volca Bass and have the Sync Out of the Volca going to the Sync In of the SQ-1...

Obviously you can just pitch it down on the MIDI scroll but is there any way to change the pitch range up or down octaves? Korg hasn't released much advanced documentation on this product yet so I've hit the forums! Thanks.

Connected SQ1-midi out with my Windows PC where I ran MidiOX.
Following note-ranges:

1V C3 - C4
2V C3 - C5
5V C3 - C8
8V C3 - C6

Unfortunately the SQ1 has some limitations which are mainly software-related (as already mentioned by several other postings from me and other forum-users). I do hope Korg will give as a Firmware-update soon.

I've emailed and emailed asking why a sequencer can't hit bass notes, I mean come on korg, also that's sent amongst other small or large oversights however you see them

Hopefully I'll get an answer of which I will share

Pls have a look on my new video concerning improving SQ-1s capabilities - especially with its note-range:
