loading single styles

I downloaded some styles (from Arjen) and they are in Sets. Is there a way of loading these as individual Styles, rather than complete Sets?
Yes, you can.
Go to Media -> Load.
Now select the Arjen set and select 'Open'.
Drill down ('Open'-command) to Styles and then to banks.
You can now see the individual styles in a bank.
Select a style, select 'Open' and then store it in (for instance) a free user slot.
Repeat this for other styles you want to store.
