I bought those two when they first came out and now they appear on my screen as if I need to buy them and I can't use them.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Thank you

Scroll all the way to the bottom of the list of gadgets until it reads "Restore Purchased Gadgets".

I bought the Abu Dabi a few days a go.
Since my paiement, nothing.
Impossible to get the Adu Dabi , & impossible to restore it from the gadget list.
Each time I try to restore my purchase, the application crashes.

I also tried to uninstall / reinstall the app, but same issue again ...

Im using iPad Air2 , iOS 9.0.1, no jailbreak, and application updated the 16 sept. of this year.

IOS 9 has not been out long enough for all the bugs to be ironed out. my advice for those who have not upgraded yet would be to wait until it is confirmed that your applications have been updated to IOS 9 prior to upgrading your operating system.

Its a shame they published an early update on the appStore with the description : "iOS9" .

I have the same issue.

I used Gadget yesterday and it worked fine. Today it says I have to buy Bilbao and Abu Dhabi which I already own. Is this a known issue? Are Korg aware of it? This is very frustrating.

A shame perhaps but I am still holding off on 9 and never update my OS until I have a strong need for it. If you are using an ipad for music production in anyway I strongly advise doing the same. It is not really a secret that the updates cause havoc with numerous apps until they can get ironed out, hopefully. Although it is now too late in your case hopefully others can benefit this time and hopefully in the future it is of help to you also.

Thing is ... of course its usual that apps do not follow the OS as quick as they are launched.
BUT the latest update was mentioned "updated for iOS 9"
+ this kind of app is quit "expensive" compare to most of the store's apps (& I do not count the IAP) . I'm always ok to pay a price since I wait for quality and support behind.
am I right ?
Korg is a big corporate
am I right too ?

anyway I'll wait 8)

in the meantime on Korg's official ...an official reply here:

Thanks for posting . You have surely helped out others in their choice to update or not. It should not be too long before a fix is out for the update. And everyone else using your ipad for music production check over at the audiobus forum before up dating your OS to 9 and you might save your selves some future headaches. There is usually several topix there on what updates are working and what ones are not.

I'm not sure it has anything to do with ios9. I updated weeks ago and haven't had any problems until today. I guess I have to wait for a fix. Thanks for posting.

Your more than welcome. That's too bad, I hope it gets fixed for you more soon than later. From much past experience with Korg it will not likely be long.
