What is the correct cable ?

What is the correct cable to connect Desktop mixer fx out ( mono ) to Kaosspad Mini 2 input ?
You could try a simple stereo mini cable (if you have one handy) with a standard stereo 1/8 to 1/4 converter.See if this works .If you end up with one channel down then the "proper" connection would be a mono splitter with a cable attached >being two mono 1/4s(into the splitter) to a stereo 1/8.
Something like that.
