FM synthesis and programming

Hi everyone,
I apologize if this topic has already been discussed, but I did a search and didn't come up with anything.
Can anyone help me with "EG Bias" and programming FM? I may be using the wrong terminology, but anybody out there with DX7 skills that can help me? I was able to successfully import all of my DX7 patches into my Kronos, with the exception of assigning operators to EG Bias for foot control, mod wheel control and BC control.
I am so new to the Kronos that I confess I don't know if this is even possible on the Kronos.
Can anyone help me on where to even look for this?
