Assiggnable sliders has a keyboard expression feature. How can i set this value without the slider?

Keyboard Expression is just another name for variable volume control so it is useful particularly if you want to vary the volume of Upper 2 or Upper 3 keyboard tracks and leave say Upper 1 the same volume. It works well for Strings/Pads say behind piano. So to set the value would not be helpful. You might as well just save STS's with the fixed volumes you want.
You can choose which tracks are adjusted by Expression under Menu, Keyboard Ensemble.
The most practical use of keyboard expression is with a variable pedal plugged into the Assignable Pedal port.
Hope I've understood your query.
Cheers,
John

Using a vplume pedal is essential for any instrument other than those affected by keying velocity like pianos etc. Exactly why it's called an expression pedal on an organ!

I would respectfully recommend an expression pedal for organ and pads.
Since I started to used on the Pa3X (ad I had done for years with Hammond Organs and with StringPad Synth) my playng has completely changed.
Expression pedal -I'm addressing to musicians not familiar with it- adds a "live feeling" at the "mechanic" feeling that follows to the accompaniment loop.
Another thing I do for the same purpose: I play Pa3x on top of a grand piano: the two sounds together (unplugged and digital) make a nice blend.
Thank you,
