In Fernando's Video the movements of fingers on keys and ribbon not matching with tune played on sound of bamboo flute.
Is this dubbed sound of bamboo flute?

One never knows if things like this can be achieved live, though... Many companies doctor their demos with extensive MIDI editing to achieve results that defy live performance.

Now, in a way, that's not a bad thing... for those looking for a studio tool, it demonstrates what CAN be achieved. But... it's a bit deceiving to lump it in with live demos and other arranger demos, and probably mislead the vast number of less educated listeners.

I've heard sax performances in factory demos (Yamaha springs particularly to mind) that I have NEVER heard anyone achieve live, even by Yamaha's own top demonstrators. And it's not even CLOSE!

The manufacturers could do a far better job of being honest about how their demos are produced. Arranger players tend to be a fair bit less sophisticated about recording techniques (with some obvious exceptions!) and seem to be easily fooled into thinking that THEY can achieve these results live.

For me, a totally live demo (some of Marco Parisi's show that amazing results CAN be done all live) should be the ONLY thing an arranger user should put his faith in, if he wants an accurate portrait of what he MIGHT be able to do, if he plays well enough.

Personally I wish ( and I think many guys here) that the new sound set on pa4x will be as bright and natural as sound set on tyros 5 that will be more than enough to me and to many users.

New multilayer grand pianos with resonance, electric grand (sounds like CP70), brass, winds, strings, synths, guitars, bass guitars and drums.

Factory multisamples on PA3X end at No830.
On PA4X last multisample is No1426...

Hello, I want to ask. Is there anyone who represents Korg Pa? (companies, engineer, development engineer?)

He wanted to ask a few private issues that I does not spread panic about Korg Pa.
And I would like offered cooperation.
I know Top offer style production, sounds, samples, and for other Korg Pa.

Please respond by either the forum or info@korgpa.sk

Thank you.

Hi korgpask,
With respect please remember that Korg is under no obligation to respond on these independent forums.
We are very lucky that we have an awesome connection with Paolo from the Korg Italy team.

Please be patient.

Thanks

Pete :D

I consider myself an experienced user Korg Pa all models.
My Korg Pa4X not right. There are many errors.
I can not Pa4X work. I sent it in for service.
If the tool was so good that I do not need to write.
I have their hands tied.
I did not expect bad state.
OK I will not write more.
I will follow the terms and conditions.
Be good Korg Pa4X, or return, to serve time unless rectify defects,

Even so, I must say that Korg Pa4X is actually an amazing tool.
And I believe that all the problems will be fixed - removed.

Good luck to all

Hi korgpask

I am very sorry that you are experiencing these problems.
I sincerely hope your service centre will fix it for you.
There is no need to stop writing here, I just felt that you were expecting responses from Korg here.

You have done the most sensible thing and sent your PA4X to be fixed.

All the feedback you have provided to us here on the forums is appreciated.

Paolo has already said that an update is imminent - like you, none of us have any ETA expectation and it is very likely that Paolo is not in a position to announce anything right now.

Let us know how you go regarding the service.

Cheers

Pete :D

Very impressed with the documentation and video tutorials provided by Korg!

Allowed me to preemptively learn 'a lot' about my board (comes next week!).

The videos especially took a lot of the anxiety away from making such an investment; I feel I'll be right at home with it.

Integrating a professional arranger into my setup will be something new and exciting for me, even though early Casio arrangers are what got me into synths in the first place : )
