It looks really nice and pro...
However at the current price, it should have had SSD diskstreaming, giving unlimmited exandabillity of PCM samples, just like the Kronos...
But in all the specs i missed this...
And with the assumed pro piano sounds, 128 polyphony is quite low..

@Audioworks:
Do you know what the price would be for the USA and Canada? Also you mentioned some of the specs were incorrect?

Kraft Music has the 61 at $3,799 and the 76 at $3,999. The 76 comes with an internal drive I believe.

oh man, I've never been able to find a floor model in LA for real new Korg Arranger keyboards. Forget about Guitar center/Sam Ash type of stores. I'll let you know if I spotted one around here.

If you are talking backwards compatibility (PA3X able to read PA4X content), unlikely...
But possibly the new styles, as the basic arranger engine hasn't changed much, only need whatever new sounds they use translated into older ones...

Would you please let us know where the Pa4x is made? Italy or China?

Korg pa3x still can compete pa4x in 2 or 3 non technical aspects
1-pa3x color more elegant and suitable on stage,maybe color its personal taste but all my friends dislike its color especially the rear panel.
2-the alaminum side panels are bulky while on the pa3x are smoother and better than those of pa4x
3-the screen seems to be fragile and can easily break , iprefrer the
The pa3x 61 screen
So the pa3x color with its side panels, and its screen, to me its like choosing between mclaren f1 and bugatti veron.
