HELP!!! My Kaossilator 1st gen only plays 1 note

Hi Korg users, im so sad cause my Kaossilator isnt working correct. When i press the touchpad only plays one note, if i play in other parts of the pad it only plays the same note or make a filter thingy effect. The lcd does the same, but only shows movement light at the right corner. I am desesperate i have looked everywhere i dont know what to do, i done a factory reset but nothings change, i tried calibrating the pad, but it doesnt let me do that. PLEASE HELP!!!
