Do a little searching on here and you'll find plenty of threads covering this subject. The EMX is a synth, not sampler. It does have some PCM drum samples, but you can't add samples to the machine. |

1. The ESX is a sampler and you would be able to sample your guitar and mangle it up, yes. But there is a limited amount of sample time, just over 4 minutes.
