The simplest way is in Global Page P0, to set the Input to Analog, and the Input 1 and Input 2 need to be set to Play (not Mute).

I bought a cheap one for around £6.99 for one of my M3’s and when I fitted it around 6 months ago it worked perfect and has done since.

It might have come with the discs, I have a MacBook but that doesn’t have a cd drive, hmmm,
