| Arpeggiator is one way to do it. The other way to achieve tremolo sound is LFO which you may use for a deep amplitude modulation of the oscillator signal.

| Try to trade your pedal for another one which has a bigger resistance. This helped me once.
Well, I did not trade the pedals, but just soldered an additional 10K resistor before the pot inside my ped ... |
