Why do you need a Korg keybed? Piano and keyboard keys have a "standart", so in dimensions, Fatar and Korg make the same keybeds.
And modifying the RH3 yourself is probably more risky than ...

I had a play on an M3 88 a week ago and it is not even close to the Fantom G8 keybed which is way better. Do you actually find the Korg keybeds better than Roland and Yamaha?

The best sustain pedal I ever used is the Yamaha FC3. It does cost more than others, but it's heavy and stable (never moves), it also support half-damper, so I find it great.
