How unfortunate. Have you checked behind the keyboard, there is a "dimmer" small bud, not sure if this could help but you can try to rotate it one way or the other.

I just realized std means standard, in the Trinity it is called std MIDI files = SMF. Duh.

I normally would save the PCG/Combi settings along with the sequencer's songs. That's how I noticed the difference in sound. But I haven't tried the Factory reset option. Thanks for the suggestion!
