There is an Electribe competition currently being run in partnership with the Facebook group EMX pattern hub and CremaCaffeDesign. Gear stand prizes are up for grabs by the top entries.

If you want just midi clock:

PCEN: XXXX

just midi notes:

midi notes and knobs/CC:

it wasn't clearing the notes though.. it was stuck on the same previously inputted note sequence no matter what I did.

loop banks on KPRO use MIDI NOTE, not CC.

Behringer FCB1010 MIDI pedal can do it.

or getting a MIDI solutions midi event processor to convert CC's from GT100 to NOTE data.

the only options you really have for triplets on drums is to use 3/8 time on the pattern or run a 4/4 pattern and use the roll function set to 2 (I think)

You might also be able to use a BPM delay ...
