Greetings,

Has anyone else had problems obtaining a working EXB Radias? The first one I got had a surface mount CAP cold solder joint - da cap was floating around in da bag. I installed it anyways (hey, it could've been an extra part I thought), but it didn't work. So I returned it to GC and the replacement had the same problem. So they are sending it back as well - although Korg is giving them a hard time.

Thanxs,

={> Art

Sorry to hear of these problem. But we wouldn't be giving a dealer a hard time about something like this. Why would you say that?

PM me with the details and I'll look into it first thing in the morning.

Regards,

Jerry

Although mine does work, it showed up in a crushed box. I was amazed it was in one piece and even more amazed that it actually worked. I mentioned it to the stealership a few days later, which prompted that all too familiar response..."So what's the problem?"

I received mine from Korg yesterday, and I have to say that there were no issues at all with it!
