how can i put a wah effect on my lead sound? i would like to have the effect whenever i move the joystick to the right (+X)

You can assign the amount of effect to the Joystick from the effects page of the effect your trying to control.
This one is pretty much staring you in the face.

To help you understand more, why not take a look at one of the factory guitar sounds that do this already.
