I'm using my Korg M3 with Logic Pro.

Do you record into a midi channel OR an audio channel?
Can you load the M3 in to more than one midi channel? If not is there any way around this as I would prefer to record in midi

Cheers!

You can record both audio and MIDI. With MIDi you have to be a bit more finicky about setting up the Environment.

Yes, you can record on more than one channel.

Help me clarify: Do you mean the M3 editor that ships with he M3?

If so, I can't help since I haven't had a chance to use it yet.

If it's a Logic problem, I'm not very whippy on that, but usually when I have a MIDI problem it has something to do with the environment.

Maybe it has to do with Plug-in Configuration?

Sorry I can't be of more help. Perhaps some of the knowledgeable folks here will chime in.

I would record to midi ans get everything edited as much as possible before getting into to audio. Generally midi offers more flexibility with editing. Sometimes you can only record in audio, if your sampling or something along those lines as an example.
