I agree. I just test drove an M3 this week and was disappointed with all the "vacancies." Great sounds, just not enough of them.

Out of curiosity though, didn't the first Triton Classics ship with some empty banks for combis and programs? They were all full on the later models (except for the "E" program bank).

Nope , the Triton Classic had no room extra Combi's

Maybe in ' E ' for Programs with MOSS

You had to get external storage/SCSI

Well, what I was originally asking was: I read somewhere that the first Classics to hit the market had empty combi and program banks (not including bank "F").

Is that accurate or just a myth?
